how could...i get what i purchase for.

I sent a moneygram to CloveCigarettesStore.com and they did not send order nor did they respond to numerous e-mails. On the order page, my order shows as "processing".

I ordered from clove cigarette shop a few times when I lived in Pasadena. I moved to LA since and they changed how we can pay.

I wired the money through my bank. My package made it to LA but never to me. It was held by customs, mis-routed and sent back to them. They said they will take half out and resend.

I finally said ok but THEY NEVER SENT THEM! I asked several times and then told them they were a fraud. My bank is researching it now. If I get my money back it will be a miracle.

No customer service at all. Now they have my package and money.

which company did you order from?

I have been having difficulty hearing back from clovecigarettestore.com but had been doing business with them for 5 years. now he hasn't answered my last 4 -6 emails but he doesn't have any of my money, so I'm not out anything but I need more cloves.

Please advise me of any website you've had success with and trust.

Did you guys receive the cigarettes from clovecigarettestore? It's been over a week and I got no tracking number, all it says is processing and they haven't been responding to my emails, anyone else have this problem?

I recently ordered from sale cheap cigarettes.com via PayPal and the order was returned to them from customs because it was deemed prohibited. Their site says they're not responsible for lost or confiscated packages via customs.

My package was sent back to them. I can tell by tracking ID.

When I contacted the gentleman at sale cheap cigarettes.com I offered to pay for additional shipping to resend my package once they receive it. The person I dealt with was very rude and threatened to ban me from other clove sites so I canceled my PayPal payment and got my money back

Clove Cigarette shop would only accept western union or money gram. Sent once in Feb 2011 and recieved order with little problem.

Ordered 6/8/2011 sent as instructed via western union. Recieved email stating they could no longer accept payment under mane Fian Fian ( specified in instructions) and to resend with different name. Tracked payment via Western Union and payment was picked up BEFORE I even recieved email re inability to pick up. Informed them the money had been picked up and I expected order sent aND TRACKING NUMBER within 49hours.

Suprise... heard nothing.

I'm out total 170.00 and far past angry. I beleve the site is a scam and would like any advice regarding recourse.

Fian is not Bali payment and I already spoke with them.

I bought from them/ SaleCheapCigarettes until today is was satisfactory and please correct of your statements.

I highly doubt Greenz post was fake. I actually made a complaint with your company on another website, and after a few correspondences you threatened to publish my personal address, even to the bank statement.

This actually worked for you, as when I reported it to the complaint site, they deleted everything, not just the record, but my account as well. Fact of the matter is people actually have brains and can use other tactics to make sure you don't INVADE THEIR PRIVACY.

People, watch out - their business is hit and miss.If you order and it goes well, great. But if it doesn't, don't say you weren't warned.

I have never had an issue with this company. Ordered 3 or 4 times and received my order, also got them SUPER fast. I live in the US as well, no issues at customs.

CloveCigarettesStore took my money and have not shipped my cloves. The sale of cloves in the US is banned but not buying them (unless they were confiscated, of which you receive notification via Customs)

They threatened me with this when I tried to get my money back:

When you submitted your payment and we never received any payment with the nick name or real name "Greenz"... How ar you or You're LIAR... FAKE...

This customer reviews is FAKE and each of customer trouble is fixed.

This customer never provide of the purchase order number and payment transaction.

Thank you for your comment. I am aware of the ban though, which is why I placed the order with them do to their compendium of positive reviews.

If they were held in customs do to that ban, I would've recieved notification - however, my product was never shipped out and my payment hasn't been acknowledged. I do have concrete proof of a cleared transaction, however.

I did recieve a message from a rep after posting the same review on another review site, so hopefully some progress will be made. Thank you again for your comment,

The Food and Drug Administration recently banned the sale of clove cigarettes in the US, as well as the sale of cigarettes in flavors other than regular and menthol. They do this mainly because flavored cigarettes encourage children/teenagers to start smoking. That ban could be why you haven't received your cigarettes.
